Through charitable giving, we help expand access to compassionate mental health, substance use, and crisis care, ensuring our community has the resources needed to serve children, adults, and families across Shelby County.
Funding Priorities & Initiatives
At the Alliance Foundation, we believe in transforming lives through access to compassionate, high-quality mental and behavioral healthcare. Each of our projects represents a tangible investment in wellness, dignity, and hope for individuals and families across Memphis and Shelby County. Through the generosity of our donors, we continue to expand access, reduce stigma, and improve mental health outcomes in our community.
Our 45-bed adult facility on 3200 Broad Avenue, Memphis TN now provides 24/7 walk-in access for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Services include:
• Crisis Stabilization Unit (30 beds)
• Detox Program (15 beds)
• Respite Care
• Dedicated First Responder Entry
• Therapeutic Outdoor Spaces
Thanks to the support of state and local leaders, donors, and partners, this center has already diverted thousands from emergency rooms and jail systems. Children and Youth Crisis Wellness Center Open 24/7!
We are building a first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for children and youth (ages 4-17) experiencing mental health and substance use crises. Located adjacent to the new adult Crisis Wellness Center on Broad Avenue, this 32-bed center will offer crisis stabilization, walk-in services, respite care, family support, and therapeutic programming in a trauma-informed, healing-centered environment.
